She played a younger wife to an actor of middle age (Shah Rukh Khan) in the film. The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. The year 2010 was the year that Anushka Sharma was in the movie 'Badmash Company' alongside Shahid Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. Das and Meiyang Chang. The movie received mixed reviews. Anushka appeared as an Punjabi girl who was from middle class in a film named 'Band Baaja Baraat. Anushka was in the film with Ranveer.
